Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) Austrian Telecommunication Law (TKG) and Article 6 paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) and / or lit c (legal provisions) of the GDPR.
All data from a contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
